“I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate……

“This was such a beautiful condo. We had originally rented somewhere else to stay. The first condo we rented was terrible, nothing like the pictures. This condo is exactly like the pictures. It was so beautiful and clean. The bedroom with the king bed had the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. If we ever go back to Ocean City Maryland I will definitely rent a condo from Josh. ”

“What a fabulous condo! My husband and I traveled to Ocean City for bike week and wanted something close to the ocean, not far from the week’s festivities but in a quiet location, and we could not have asked for anything better. We had an ocean view from our balcony, a view of the sunset over the bay, the condo management was super friendly, and the owner of the unit was incredibly communicative and answered all of my many questions. We had a good parking space for the trailer and the motorcycle,……

“Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. ”
