Princess Bayside Beach Hotel

"My stay at Princess Bayside during a long Labor Day weekend was pleasant. This was my third consecutive year booking with Princess Bayside. The room was clean and comfortable; however, the rooms needs some sprucing up. The bathroom door was somewhat worn, and there were no hooks to hang towels. Our room was supplied with bath towels, although we typically receive washcloths and hand towels as well. My husband had to request additional smaller towels. The bar inside the hotel Finnegangs, opens relatively late and closes earlier than expected, often before midnight, which limits its usability. The establishment has significant potential, and it has a pool table which is great! I hope someone can improve it and update it to become a more inviting space where guests can enjoy good drinks and music. Some updates could enhance the overall experience. The hotel's location is excellent, so many things are close by, including the beach, restaurants and more. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel had a pleasant aroma. Overall, the service was good, and our stay was enjoyable."
Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort

"Rooms are very large and comfortable with a separate living in kitchen area. The resort definitely caters to families and kids with a large indoor pool and arcade. Navigating the property was a little bit confusing. Never found out how to access the beach, but was only there for one night. The only detractor loans that we could clearly hear the people in the room next to us talking and every time somebody was in the hallway, it was very loud as well. Seemed to be no noise-deafening materials in the rooms."

"Excellent location. Room was Beautiful and nice and clean. Beds very comfortable. Pools were amazing. The only thing that would deter me for giving our stay 5 stars. Would be the female Security Guard when she was speaking to us about the garbage she was picking up. She referred to the people as "Tourons" referring to tourist as morons. My husband and I both found that highly offensive as we are Tourist."

"This is a budget hotel right on the beach in between 1st and 2nd Streets so you are just outside the heart of the boardwalk area which is that much better so you don't get all the noise from a few blocks down being close to the amusement park area. It's nothing fancy, showing its age and if you're expecting a lot, or need luxury accommodations, this is not the place for you. If you want the convenience of being right on the beach, close to the boardwalk highlights, a seafood and diner vibe restaurant right down stairs, and a tiki bar with live music out back, then this is your place for those budget conscious. As poorly as I rated it, I still come back here year after year because I don't need a frilly room, I'm only sleeping and showering to get ready for the next beach day. You're just not going to find a better spot for the price in Ocean City."
