The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Assisi, surrounded by greenery and complete relaxation that distinguishes our area. Newly built, completely independent of 80 square meters and equipped with every comfort. The living area consists of kitchen equipped with all equipment, with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner gas. Spacious and spacious bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and completely new sanitary facilities with large window. Storage room with washing machine. Possibility to live outside with garden equipment as a table with chairs, deck chairs and spaces in freedom. The accommodation is completely independent and guests can access it in complete autonomy of space and time. Area surrounded by greenery a few hundred meters from the walls of Assisi, reachable on foot in 15 minutes.

très bon séjour

A l'arrivée nous ne trouvions pas la maison et à notre appel tout de suite le propriétaire est venu nous chercher. Maura et Roberto sont des personnes sympathiques, disponibles et attentives à notre bien-être. L'appartement est très bien agencé où rien ne manque, ou presque! Nous y avons passé une semaine dans le calme et la détente. Nous en gardons un merveilleux souvenir. Merci Maura et Roberto. Et encore meilleurs voeux pour la suite.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella location BELLISSIMA....PULITISSIMA... E la. Gentilissima Sig. Maura e Famiglia ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, è stata di un ospitalità a 110 e lode, grazie Sig. Brand-new and comfortable

This two bedroom apartment is newly built and modern, and we were the first guests. It is very comfortable, sparely but adequately furnished. 2nd bedroom you pass through to the main bedroom is Q sized sofa bed. TV and lots of closet space. Shower would be very tight for a largish person. Adequately equipped kitchen. A little bit tricky to find since the street number is not visible on the house; also, we had to get the landlady to enter the password for the wireless since the password as listed did not work. Wireless works in back bedroom, not well at all in kitchen. The host Maura does not speak much English, but is very nice! Sorry we don't speak much Italian. This is an easy 7 minute drive to park in Assisi, quiet!
