Summer Stay in Assisi-Aug 2024

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Assisi. The apartment was well put together with a flare of Italian style. The location was close to the piazza and lots of restaurants and cafes. Simone was helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit Assisi.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Assisi

We absolutely loved our stay in San Rufino! Our host Simone was most gracious and so responsive and helpful. We loved the absolute charm of the place and enjoyed the exquisite view of St. Clare's Basilica and the view of the countryside out of our bedroom window! Many photos taken! We would definitely return to this rental if we find ourselves in Assisi again!

Perfect Stay In Assisi

This apartment was in the perfect location in Assisi to see all attraction. Great restaurants and shops all around. Simone took special care to get us checked in and helped answer any questions we had. Will highly recommend this rental to anyone we know traveling to Assisi.

Beautiful multi-level accommodation with adorable kitchen

As peaceful as Assisi

It was just as advertised, and so lovely. Our family of four was very comfortable and Simone and his wife went out of their way to be helpful. A perfect spot to stay in while visiting Assisi.

The heart of Assisi

We loved the comfort of the apartment and location that was walking distance to everything. Be ready to climb a couple steps but the cappuccino machine and wine welcome made everything perfect.

The location itself is superb right in the center of the town but apartment is not comfortable and not clean , dusty old things maybe have their charm but not functional and take space. The bedroom on second floor but the only tiny bathroom on first. Bathroom doesn’t have space to put anything down. The living room is very small and when sofa bed is in use there is no space to walk around. The kitchen is big but who cooks in Italy? Very expensive even in off season and not worth the money.Parking next to bus station €15/day with owners discount.

Wonderful stay in Assisi

This apartment was in a perfect location between the Piazza San Ruffino and Piazza Del Comune. Many great restaurants and shops close by. Comfortable and inviting with everything you need! Simone was a very attentive and gracious host who met us in the square even after many travel delays ( trains ). This was our third trip to Assisi and this was the best location yet! I would recommend it highly. Thank you for a great stay!!

Best location in Assisi

This apartment is right in the middle of where you want to be to explore Assisi. It’s right below Piazza San Rufino and right above Piazza del Comune where there are restaurants and shops. You can walk everywhere from here and also get to the bus to the train station easily within 10 minutes. Simone was a wonderful host and this apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Assisi.

Thanks to Simone for being a great host. Above and beyond by meeting us at the parking lot and assisting us getting back to our car at checkout. The apartment couldn't be better. Great location. Great location

Apartment was in a very convenient location. Host communicated efficiently and we appreciated his assistance with parking and orientation to the city. Apartment had the basic supplies, which came in handy. The kitchen is a little tight for 4 people to cook in, so we only prepared breakfasts in the apartment. Loved the slippers - Thanks Simone!

Location is Perfecto

We came to celebrate our anniversary as well as a spiritual pilgrimage. Simone left us a bottle of wine which was so thoughtful, along with providing us with a discount card for taxis, museums,etc. The very comfortable apartment is located a short walk from Pizza Del Commune with cafes, restaurants, shops,all surrounded by history. Assisi is a sacred, magical place and Simone’s apartment was a perfect place to enjoy it all!

Perfect location in the Heart of Assisi!

My husband and I spent six wonderful days in Assisi and throughly enjoyed Simone’s charming apartment! It is a perfect location, near great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Bed linens, soaps and shampoos, and all other provisions were of high-quality. The kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you would need to make your meals at home. Perfect location

We stayed at Simone’s 17th C one bedroom apartment l in May. It is a lovely property which matches all the photos you can see on the site. Simone provided everything and there are all the kitchen utensils needed if you want to buy food and cook for yourself. The location is brilliant, right in town and close to everything. Assisi is also great for catching the bus to the train station and travelling to other cities like Siena, Florence,Trevi, Spoleto and others. I highly recommend the property.

If you want to be in the middle of Assisi and close to the sites and great restaurants, this is a great option. The apartment is newly renovated and very nicely done. It is cozy yet plenty of room for two or three. All the details were great, from the umbrellas and coffee machine, to the robes provided (our stay was the end of winter). Simone was fantastic to work with and very thoughtful. Two of the top rated restaurants in Assisi are just 20m away. Great and quiet street.

Beautiful Assisi

Our rental in Assisi was charming, clean, comfortable, well equipped, Simone was wonderful. We had a wonderful stay in Assisi, Simone was very quick with responses, the rental had many extras like coffee...and Simone greeted us with maps and a wonderful description of the city. Simone also helped to arrange taxi from and to the train station. I will be bringing my family back to Assisi and will be getting in touch with Simone to arrange accommodations.

Outstanding place to stay in Assisi

I don’t know how Simone (the owner) could have been any more accommodating. He met us at the car park, helped us with our luggage on the move in to the nicely equipped, very nice apartment. He gave us good advice about restaurants, etc. He met us again and helped us on the move out! Thank you Simone! Highly Recommend!

Great apartment in the perfect spot.

The apartment is great and Simone is very communicative and helpful. My wife and I were just unhappy with the cleanliness of the home. It was dusty and unkept. Aside from that, it’s in a great location right in historic Assisi which is beautiful with restaurants and places to sit down to have wine left and right.
