This spacious 100 sqm (1076 sqft) apartment, set in a charming residence, is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable stay. Upon ascending the stairs from the private entrance, you'll reach the bright living room with a kitchenette. This space is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes crockery, pots, cutlery, coffee makers, an oven, refrigerator, freezer, hob, and microwave. From the living room, a large terrace opens up, offering unparalleled views of the surrounding fields and the city of Assisi. Also on this level is a double bedroom, featuring a balcony and furnished with a comfortable bed provided with a mattress, mattress protector, and two pillows with pillowcases. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom, complete with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.

Bed linen and towels (body, face, and bidet towel + bathmat) for 2 people are available for a fee upon request.

An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find a suite with a double bed and access to a semi-covered walk-on terrace. This terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Subasio, the countryside, and the city of Assisi. The second bathroom is also on the second floor, equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. The washing machine is located in the hallway.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the house is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a clothes drying rack. Please note that a kettle is not available.

Please remember that sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bath mats are available for a fee upon request.

Regarding the property's spaces, we'd like to provide some clarification to help you navigate better. The apartment reserved for you is completely independent, thus guaranteeing maximum privacy and freedom during your stay. Access is via a convenient walkway. Once inside, you'll have full access to all the internal areas described above, from the comfortable bedrooms to the welcoming living room and fully equipped kitchen. It's important to note that the ground floor dwelling, along with the surrounding garden, is for my family's private use. Furthermore, there is a small office; this space will remain locked and therefore inaccessible to guests. We are confident that you will find the spaces dedicated to you not only functional but also designed to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay.
