Era una garanzia, ma è evidente che la struttura necessiti di una ristrutturazione e di qualche maggiore accorgimento. Diversi i disservizi: nei corridoi e ancor peggio davanti alla sala delle colazioni non funzionano i dispenser del gel disinfettante che in epoca di Covid sono indispensabili; nel bagno, il soffione della doccia è malconcio, neanche si regge sull’apposito supporto; a colazione non si possono servire le torte di uno o due giorni prima, ancor meno in epoca di Covid visto che i clienti si servono da soli; l’aria condizionata deve poter essere gestita in autonomia dal cliente secondo la temperatura che più lo aggrada; anche la moquette nelle stanze andrebbe cambiata perché logora; il frigo in camera non rinfresca per nientemeno; potrei continuare… Insomma… spero che la prossima volta che tornerò, possa ritrovare quel bell’albergo che conoscevo. Forza…

Struttura molto elegante al centro di Assisi dove è possibile arrivare per carico/scarico bagagli nonostante la ZTL. Personale gentilissimo! Camera un pò piccola e qualche pecca per il bagno ma fa parte dell'esperienza! Consigliato!

The hotel is 5 min walk from train station that makes very easy to take trains to the villages. Friendly people, comfortable room and good location are plus for this hotel

Posizione centrale, hotel antico che necessiterebbe forse di un po' di ammodernamento. Personale gentile, pulizia buona. Le camere sono piccole (letto singolo contro la parete) e l'arredo dovrebbe essere rinnovato. Piccoli dettagli. una sola saponetta che si è sbriciolata, mancanza del tappo del lavandino, e soprattutto mancanza della tendina alla finestra del bagno, con affaccio su altri edifici (e quindi difficile usare water e doccia in serenità). Colazione: c'è il famigerato dispenser per tè e caffè, ma varia scelta di torte. Prezzo ok.

Albergo curato proprio nel centro storico

Hotel accogliente vicinissimo al municipio e comodo per raggiungere a piedi le chiese principali. Dopo qualche problema durante il check in ( numero della camera errato e assenza di un letto) siamo approdati nella stanza, discretamente arredata e accessoriata, ma piccolina per essere una quadrupla. Il bagno ai limiti della decenza, necessita di una bella ristrutturazione!

Excellent experience

Centrally located hotel close to many attractions and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and an awesome breakfast buffet with all sorts of options (including organic and gluten free). The lobby is clean and welcoming with its own bar. Rooms were nice and clean with a nice TV and an excellent bathroom complete with a high-pressure shower and a bidet.

The hotel and staff here were delightful! Lovely breakfast and perfect location to see everything in Assisi. We had a medical issue with a member of our party on our checkout day and the hotel staff allowed us to keep our room for several hours past normal checkout time with no extra charge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location, lovely room, pleasant staff

An elegant and reasonably priced hotel in a perfect location. I had a lovely room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent air-con which was vital in summer.

Friendliest hotel staff encountered of all visits

The hotel staff was amazing! The room was fantastic, and the breakfast had the largest selection of food choices that I have ever seen on a hotel buffett.

My wife and I were so looking forward to a peaceful retreat in Assisi. Only to have the worst night of sleep of our trip. It was mostly not the hotels fault, but the city was wrapping up some sort of week-long celebration, and this hotel is right on the main road (which normally would be great). There were drunk people screaming right outside of our hotel almost all night long, and the window in our room would not close properly. It sounded like they were standing in the living area of the room. Other than the window not closing, this was not the hotels fault, which is why I still rated the hotel 5 stars. Other than the first night, the stay was great. The second night the town quieted down and we had a wonderful rest of our stay there. Great staff, great location, good breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate staying there again if we ever went back.

Molto buono sia l'albema con qualche piccola pecca

Giudizio buono, sia per la cortesia che per la struttura dell'hotel che per il buffet abbondante e vario. La posizione è centralissima. Qualche pecca nella camera che, seppur nel complesso buona, mostra un pò di acciacchi dell'età (parti scollate in bagno, doccia che irradia in tutte le direzioni, pulizia buona ma non perfetta).

快適で立地の良いホテル

全体的に満足でした。入り口ドアの枠が壊れたり、ロフトの階段の作りが甘いのを除けば、快適でした。部屋も清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです。聖キアラ教会まで100m、聖フランシスコ教会、聖ダミアーノ教会にも歩いて行ける最高の立地でした。

Albergo comodo per la sua centralità. Ottima la colazione molto abbondante e con ampia scelta. Molto piccola la stanza con arredi obsoleti e bagno minuscolo che meriterebbe un deciso rinnovo.
