Beautiful clean hotel, wide room, loved the style, all stuff are super nice and everyone was very helpful when I had some questions to ask. Spa is very clean, perfect temperature water! Hotel is next to the shopping center. Only great memories! Next time we will get the same hotel!

Great hotel!
Beautiful hotel, great location, reception staff was very attentive, welcoming and friendly. Buffet was great. Will definitely recommend and return in the future!

Great value for your money. The rooms are very nice, the food at the restaurants is good and the spa services are of high quality.

I got a very warm reception and an upgrade to Sheraton's apartments (great option). Swimming-pool is olympic size and nice. Central location in the town. Great place!

Dated rooms and sub-par services
The room was very dated, furniture had numerous marks, one outlet did not work in the room. 100+ USD for a three-hour early check-in was charged, definitely not worth it. Sub-par customer service for a sub-par hotel. There are much nicer options in Astana for a similar price point, so I'd advise anyone against the Sheraton.

Ужасный сервис. В номере не работал кондиционер, всюду очереди, обслуживание очень медленное - поэтому везде возникают столпотвтрения. Новый отель, но уже многое не работает. Рум сервис постоянно что-то забывает. Не все позиции из меню доступны. Больше не вернёмся.
