"We had a great stay in this apartment. There was easy, free street parking outside. The apartment was easy to get into and the host was quick to reply with any questions. We did have trouble with the code and she called me immediately to get it figured out and we got in right away. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, and clean. The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. "The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. "Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location."

"Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. "The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. The minor issue was that the shower curtain was torn and didn't prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. The second issue was the tremendous noise coming from Juniper Street on both nights.
