Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. "I loved this place. Very clean. Loved my room. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hot spring was one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Japan. It's right next to the train station. It's a perfect way to get a taste of the experience of more traditional Japanese accommodations, but in a medium sized hotel. If I ever go back to Nara I would not hesitate to stay here again."
