100% satisfaction in one of the best neighborhoods

Excellent stay , first Time in this new hotel. Elegant with no luxury and good design. Modern and comfortable, just what is needed. Room is very nice not big but size is enough. Breakfast is perfect, also not huge choices but evry product offered is excelent: the juices, breads and very especially the croissants. You see effort to make it special.It was a happy discovery at hotels.com

Good Hotel. Walking distanse to malls. Nice and helpful staff. The check our was a disaster when they tried to fiol us for double high taxi rate. We also had to pay breakfast, even though we booked including breakfast. The nice stay wes destroyed of their greed.

Parking is very limited and difficult. You must climb about 10 steps to enter the building, with no handicap access ramp or elevator outside to get into the entrance. The boutique theme had very dark hallways that seemed to want to reproduce a disco environment. Otherwise, the staff was great. The room was luxurious and clean. The rooftop pool was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, well located, stayed in the 2nd building on the 6th floor two-floor suite. Room was nice and clean, there’s an outdoor pool and a restaurant on the same floor. I would have rated them 5 star but at check-in I told them I hadn’t paid for the room yet, the desk assured me that no it was already fully paid.. next day I come back to the hotel after a day out.. room door is locked, I had to go back down to check-in for them to mention me the room was not paid.. duh! Secondly I paid for 3 nights for two guests knowing my friend would only stay one night, breakfast was included for 2 for all nights. At check-out time, I come to find out that they’re charging me for one breakfast because my friend didn’t registered at the desk, how ridiculous.

It is really a nice hotel in a nice setting with lots of things to explore only downside is the staff. I had stained my bed and therefore I had to pay 150 USD which I did. Then upon the special request of the general manager I had to pay another 150 USD cash not by credit card for possible future damages(!) Normally I would not pay that amount but I just did not want any problems. Then 2 weeks later they messaged me that I had to pay extra because they noticed that I had company in the room and this was by the way my 4th stay. They send me a link via Whatsapp with the urgent request to pay for the second person my friend who only visited an hour or so. When I brought up th 150 USD they owed me they stopped communicating with me. I send another message asking my 150 USD back but not reaction. I stay for my work at least 3-4 months in hotels per year and have been doing so the last 30 years. I am highest tier a several chains including Globalist at Hyatt and I can tell you that this is the worst staff I have ever encountered. There are surely nice people among them for example catering or housekeeping but reception and security are not what one should expect. The hotel is really nice thought. Can't say anything bad about that but the 150 USD they owe me is gone that's for sure. I will never ever stay there again unless the management changes.

One of the towers doesn’t really feel like a hotel. The main building is nice. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant was closed for one week during my visit which we found very disappointing as we would use it to entertain and dine with our guests
