"If you are looking for a clean quiet stay in Aswan that gives you an incredible view of Lake Nasser where you view the harbor with numerous boats and a picturesque view of Philae Temple in the background then this place is for you. We are two meals white staying and both were excellent. Please talk to the owner about a boat rental at local prices and what to see and not set around Aswan."

"Great spacious suites across from the Nile. Found Egyptian hotels to be overpriced, especially when vacancy was high. Staff was great! American dollars only for paying yet no American Express accepted. Would not take Egyptian pounds."

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Food delicious and simple, and other restaurants near by. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet on the Nile."

Obelisk Nile Hotel AswanAswan
10/10 Excellent
The hotel is great. There are lots of restaurants and markets around the area. And since I start my schedule so early. The staff are so considerate to prepare the preference for us to take away. The view from the hotel is good too and there are security outside the hotel which made me feel safe. But the room is a bit worn. Overall it a 9 experience staying here
