Great location. 15 minutes walking distance to train station and the big market where they sell everything, no need to take taxi. Location is good, very convenient. Cross Street is the Nile River with all the boats, got KFC next to it, beautiful and romantic to walk around. Room and beds are very small, smells from the bathroom have to use the air fresher. Okay for a short stay.

Highly recommend for tourists who are interested in touring Aswan and Abu Simbel. This hotel has a nice location, and easy access to shopping and old souks.

The room was dirty and lots of dust. Poor wifi - never able to connect. Location was ok - walkable to Aswan train station.

The staff was friendly and always ready to service. I would like to pay by card, but the staff insisted to pay by cash. The breakfast was modest but may be they have such standards. The room was clean but the curtain looked dusty. Water supplying worked normally. In general the hotel is not bad but I would rate it as a 1 or 2 star.

Loved the hospitality of Mr Mohammed and i believe the young guy on reception who was his son. They couldn't be more helpful.

Great base in Aswan
Really great staff at this hotel. Some have limited English skills but that was fine. Hotel communication is pretty basic. The Internet was spotty at best but location is fantastic and it’s a great place to face one’s self while exploring this fantastic city.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an early start and they prepared a great breakfast box. They were accomodating with a room change request. However the hotel is quite run down. There were some water pressure issues briefly and WiFi did not work in rooms. Windows provide no sound insulation if dogs barking nearby or call to prayer (otherwise neighborhood quiet at night). Good walking distance to souk and Nile. Overall was pricey for the condition but Aswan accommodation seemed expensive.

The manager is kind & reception/breakfast staff are very likeable & positive : a real asset to the hotel. Locations good, breakfast is plentiful and filling. I had WiFi issues/no WiFi for 2 days, however I was assured that this was not the fault of the hotel as it was a problem with the internet provider. When the WiFi did come back it was working great with no issues I had a fall inside the hotel on arrival, in which my shoulder was hurt, this was partly because I had come in from strong sunlight outside & my eyes had not adjusted ,but also the reception area is dimly lit & darkish and I did not see the step My room was ok, bed was just ok, had a fridge which was good, bathroom was average. Had water issues a few times, one time it did last the whole morning. Otherwise hot water for shower was good generally I noticed a few cold looks/stares over breakfast, this I worked out was over coffee (it’s an expensive commodity in Egypt, I’ve since found out, which I did not know at the time) they provide Nescafé sachets which don’t amount to much, so I would need 4 sachets for a decent mug of coffee, & obviously if I’m having more than 1 cup, you can do the maths. I thought I’m a paying guest, so they should not watch or find this annoying as made me feel uncomfortable. Had to stay extra beyond my original booking due to a mix up in my plans, they only offered me a €1.50 discount despite me not having WiFi for 2 whole days, that was not generous

Rats scurrying outside entrance. Cockroaches in the hall. Heavy smokers run/staff it. So very heavy smell of smoke. Rooms were on the low end of the budget scale. Not impressed at all.

Convenient stay in Aswan
Convenient location close to Nile, the Souq, sites. Great staging area. Service was very good. Room all right but missing items like towels upon arrival. One morning, they prepared a take out breakfast box which was very nice. Thank you. Clean and basic bedroom but Lobby bathrooms could use service. Water pressure disappeared one evening and could only sponge bathe, not shower. Call to prayer speaker was really close and really loud; it was our daily wake up call at 430 or 500am. Bed all right but didn’t use pillows...they were very thick (perhaps 6-8”) and stiff.

We were looking for a while for a hotel in Aswan and we couldn't find anything affordable, and eventually we found this basic hotel. Prices in Aswan seem to be expensive in comparison to other places in Egypt. Hotel was good overall and location is ok because it's close to a lot of things in Aswan (the Nile, main road, restaurants, ATMs, souk, etc), but the neighborhood is not so great. However, like all the places we visited in Egypt, this area is safe to walk at any time, day or night, but not very pleasant to the eye... Staff members were great and helpful, they helped us arranging tours, getting a taxi, etc, but sometimes asking for something simple (like a towel) can be a pain.

overpriced No wifi in any rooms...
Not a good area of town. Dark alley to walk up at night to get to hotel...there is no WiFi at all in the room. Breakfast was just an egg and bread really bad. Over priced..not recommended

Muito abaixo das expectativas: falta manutenção, os banheiros são precários. Aparelhos de ar condicionado obsoletos.Haviamos reservados 1 duplo e 1 triplo para 5 pessoas. Fomos acomodados em 3 apartamentos. Todos com caracteristicas decadentes. As camas eram.boas e os lencois estavam.bem limpos. O acesso e dificil atraves de uma ruela com escaderias com degraus irregulares. Deu prá dormir uma noite enquanto esperamos pelo embarque no cruzeiro

Très bien
Très bon séjour et très bon hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique et prêt à aider, surtout Mohamed de la réception. Le prix du transfert vers l'aéroport est correct. Le déjeuner est très complet. Possibilité de restauration à proximité. La rue est un peu bruyante mais rien de très dérangeant. Je recommande cet hôtel

Péssimo hotel. Limpeza horrível! O quarto estava sujo quando chegamos. Não limparam o quarto durante a hospedagem. O café da manhã estava incluso na nossa hospedagem, porém, cobraram pelo café. Internet não funciona no hotel. Não tinham ferro de passar roupa. Não tinham adaptador para as tomadas. Os Staff não foram solícitos em tentar nos ajudar. Experiência horrível. Não recomendo.

호텔 위치 만족
이 호텔은 위치가 특히 마음에 들었음. 바로 인근에 지역 최대의 시장이 있어서 필요 물품을 구매하는데 매우 편리하였으며, 강변에 바로 위치하여 좋은 경관을 구경할 수 있었고, 기차역과도 그리 멀지 않아서 여행하는데 매우 좋았음

Hotell i sentrum av Aswan.
Ok. rom men slitt, som kunne trenge en oppussing. Hotellet ligger i en sidegate til hovedveien, med trapper og avsatser opp til hoved inngangen. Vennlig betjening. Frokost avdelingen er på øverste etasje, med god utsikt til Nilen, og byen. Vi-fi anlegget fungerte ikke de 2 dagene jeg var der. 2. stjerner er vel mer riktig for dette Hotellet.
