"Dear Days Inn Team, Thank you again for hosting my stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Great Lakes Naval Base. I wanted to share that my experience was very positive. The room was cleaned daily throughout our stay (Wednesday to Saturday), which we truly appreciated. The staff was responsive and helpful whenever needed, and the parking lot had plenty of space, making things very convenient. The air conditioning in the room worked well, which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, with options like boiled eggs, cereals, milk, juices, and coffee—everything we needed to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. "Parking was convenient and secure, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We did not use the breakfast service. Danielle, who assisted us during evening check-in, was excellent—professional, welcoming, and very informative, especially as we were in town for a Navy graduation. Unfortunately, the experience declined significantly after that. We were required to check out a day early, and the morning staff was noticeably less helpful and far less professional. When I inquired about a refund for the unused night, I was told it would need to be handled through Expedia. However, after contacting Expedia, I was informed that the property manager, Tammy, had directly declined the refund request—even though we did not stay for that night. This lack of accountability and inconsistency in customer service was extremely disappointing. While the property is conveniently located near the naval base and meets basic expectations for cleanliness, the way this situation was handled reflects poorly on management and significantly impacted our overall experience."

"The only good things is that this place is 2 blocks from the graduation location for sailors other than that it’s not that clean . Sheets has stains on them everything is outdated the price was good for 4 nights but I understand why. It was good stay glad I only had to do it once ."
