The property wasn’t maintained at all, every room offered was dirty and full of bugs. Also stains on showers and the smell was unbearable. They ruined my vacation that I had to leave and return back to cairo.

Amazing resort, beaches were stunning and good food options. Only downside is it is in the middle of nowhere, so you have to stay onsite at the resort (but we were aiming for an all inclusive relaxing holiday by the beach than a city break so it worked for us).

Pros: 1- good beach in Alsokhna - not rocky - however it is very far and you need to take the shuttle to it that goes every hour till 7 pm only 2- Staff at the restaurant are very nice Cons: 1- Food is terrible - this hotel used to have high quality food two years ago- now the food is really terrible They added more varieties but all of the food got downgraded and is really bad 2- Towels are ripped 3- We took a room with a not working fridge - we had to make a fight in order for them to fix it!!! We called 5 times in one day for one person to come late at 11 pm to switch it !! 3- very small swimming pool
