“First off, the location is PERFECT, we were able to take a 10 minute walk to get to the Alamodome. The property manager Tania was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Its such a cute little guest house with great amenities as well as plenty of space for parking where your car is actually safe. It was very clean and the bathroom and shower are great. The upstairs loft is great if you have kiddos! We will be staying here again and again!”

“This little studio was perfect for my purposes. Small but spacious too, with the basics you need for a short stay. The neighboorhood is quiet and the house is located in a small circle that felt extra safe. "The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
