“This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening.……

“The place was very clean. They supplied the little extras you always need. I would however explain how to use the lock better it took me a while to figure out how to lock it when leaving. It was a good stay however and very close to the venue we were there for.”

“This was a nice enough place in a cool neighbourhood, and owners did a great job modeling and decorating etc (the kitchen in particular is fabulous). But the place was a situation where I was sharing a house and facilities with other people. Private enough, but listing the place in the "Entire home" category is entirely unrepresentative of what the place actually is - which is much more like shared accommodation. I think the listing needs much more transparent detail about what the place is. For……
