“The staff was way too young and not very concerned with customer service . I’ll tell you this , I travel at least 3 weekends each month and I haven’t been this dissatisfied with a hotel in several years .”

“Hotel was very nice! You walk in to a very open space with friendly staff. The pool and hot tub are on the main floor along with a restaurant/bar area. Our room was very spacious(2 queen beds premium) and clean. There were also several places to eat around the area and a Walmart within 10 minutes. We were very happy with our stay.”

“The disaster started pulling into the Holiday Inn, not the Clarion Inn. Their pictures online are of the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn is in litigation with Clarion Inn for false advertisement. Clarion Inn is nice. They are renovating, but it is still a nicely kept Inn to stay. The room was spacious and clean. The view was nice. But we ran out of towels on day 2 and they said they were all out of towels. We checked the storage room AND the laundry room. The staff said they were out and tried……

“Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. Great breakfast. Staff was exceptional. We had car problems and broke down. The manager Linda was fabulous she was very helpful and offered to help us out with transportation. We will be staying here again. Close to Green Dragon and antique shops.”
