「Nice place with a short walk to UGA campus 」

「What a lovely apartment! Loved all the brand new amenities and having my own bathroom. I came to Athens from Virginia to celebrate my husbands life with my family. There was unannounced construction next door late Friday evening and early on Saturday and Sunday. Cleaning was not 'Angela clean, due to the pink mold stains in the shower drain and toilet. Enjoyed the visit with my son and best friend, close to everything and cozy apartment. 」

「We were in Athens for a recruiting visit with Georgia Football. We opted for a VRBO instead of a hotel, and glad we did because this property was very clean and comfortable. The location was also very close to facilities, campus, and downtown which was very convenient. We highly recommend this property and will try to rebook the next time we are back for a visit!」

「The apartment had plenty of room. Having 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen was very nice. The residence was very clean. Ample parking to accomodaye all guests on the property. There are a total of 5 separate residences on this very spacious property. It would be great for exyended families to stay. I couldn't find where the property had emailed me the check-in info so we had a momdnt of challenge in getting into the property. This is why a 4 star was given on check-in. 「In town for the weekend for a volleyball tournament. Great location. Gated community. Quiet. Clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, toiletries; everything we needed. No complaints at all... and would definitely stay here again. 」
