“My fiancé and I had a 5 star long weekend. The best thing that can possibly happen on a vacation is going to a hotel and walking into your assigned room, to find out it is 1000 times nicer than you were expecting. This was the case at the Plaza. The view was amazing, the room was clean, the housekeeping was superb, the front desk answered every question over and over. I am an American and it is hard to understand the Athens accent real well. They were very patient speaking to me, giving us……

“The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Somewhere. The location is terrific, the hotel small and intimate, and the staff extremely helpful. The rooms were large and spacious, clean and comfortable and the bed was perfect. The food and breakfast were really great. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding area. “Rather disappointing for the very high nightly cost. Expected a very great deal more, especially as we had a junior suite which was just a slightly bigger room with a bed with just the frame of a 4 poster bed. The bathroom was ok but the towels small and thin. Alcohol in the room was free (4 small, bottles of whisky, vodka etc) but soft drinks and water were chargeable! “It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. The most unbelievable thing is that they didn’t even try to explain or be responsible to the situation. Be careful,……

“The hotel was clean so we're the rooms .but the breakfast is a disaster.very poor choices.and from 8 am till 10 am. they could have it ready from 7 am till 10.30 or 11 am .since we are on a vacation .the staff are ok and helpful a bit but all in all not satisfying.we had only 2 capsule of coffee per day .and we had to ask for more towels .as for the elevator, it has a loud noise.all night ! Couldn't sleep well .all in all it was a poor experience :(( wouldn't go again .”

“Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The only problem with the hotel itself was the scraped and dirty walls and carpets leading up to our hotel room. Carpets ripped because, i am sure, of pulling luggage up the stars. The other major problem was the electricity was shut off by the electrical company in the area for whatever reason between the hours of 8 am and three pm. The electricity did not go on until Around four. We were alerted of the problem the day before. We had a wedding that day……
