Avoid if you are renting a car. There is no parking. It is located in a very busy area with narrow streets. Extremely loud. Graffiti everywhere on the buildings. Not what we were expecting. The room itself was fine, but for the price, poor value. We had to park over one mile away after driving around for an hour so we booked another place instead of staying all the nights we paid for. We stayed in three other places in downtown Athens, this was the only one that didn't work out.

Its a great place off the tourist trap area. Walkable to acropolis and the changing of the guards. I have a bad knee. We still walked the 1.2km to government house and garden area. It may seem sketchy outside due to lots of spray paint tagging. But thats just all of athens here. Walked at night for pizza down at pestos. We did have a pipe burst in our original room. Nothing we could do about that. We were promptly moved to the one upstairs. All good great host. Showers and bathroom are small. Pooping was tight. Shower sprays over sink area and wets floor. But thats the way it’s set up i guess.

The property is perfect for people looking to stay in the heart of athens with the greek people rather than tourists. That being said you are only a 20 minute walk away from the national museum. I locked myself out of the apartment and the owner came by within a half an hour and unlocked it for me. Id probably just rent the same apartment if i came back because it was so easy.

La struttura è situata in una comoda posizione, circa a metà di via Etnea. È un bell’appartamento, finemente ristrutturato, funzionale a soggiorni di breve durata. Sebbene offra la possibilità di fruire della lavatrice, non abbiamo avuto modo di stendere i panni in camera. Ottima pulizia dei locali, accoglienza con bottiglia di vino in omaggio e personale molto cortese.

L'appartement Allure Athens est situé au cœur d'un quartier réellement athénien, donc pas avec le glamour des quartiers entourant l'Acropole, mais avec une réelle vie de quartier. Il est bien équipé, agréable, et cerise sur le gâteau : avec une terrasse des plus agréables.

Clean, comfortable and quiet stay

This was a cute little place in the heart of a very lively, bustling neighborhood. Be aware that many protests happen in this area, and there were cops on nearly every corner. I did not feel unsafe, and there were always people (especially college students) out and about. The place was clean, quiet, had everything we needed, with a balcony, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you are a solo travel or traveling as a couple.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I chanced upon this gem looking for a last minute booking and I have to say the customer service was so prompt and the epitome of accommodating. I had trouble communicating via the platform and left them my personal number and they responded with All the checkin details immediately and even gave me an early check in since the room was available. I was amazed when I stepped into the room with its charming lodge top and everything you’d need in a service apartment so well organized. The property itself is located in a quiet neighbourhood that’s a 20 minute walk to syntagma square and had so many local shops and cafes, minimarts and was just next to a bus stop. The bathroom is a little small and difficult to keep dry especially if you close the window in winter but it was still fully functioning. Some reviews say that the apartment is not clean but I beg to differ, it is just well used in terms of the kitchenette and utensils like a regular home. Shoutout to the team and rhodell who was so easily contactable and speedy in their responses when I enquired about parking and a later check out when my flight was delayed. Thank you and I can’t wait to be back!

Not a lovely and relaxing stay. First off, the bathroom was disgusting. I actually went out, spent 15 euro, and bought gloves, floor cleaner, and a sponge because the tile floor and shower were covered in a black layer of funk. The toilet and sink seemed to be cleaned, but I did not feel comfortable stepping my clean bare feet onto that tile. I wish I took before and after pictures, the floor was that gross. Not what I wanted to do after a day of traveling. The bed linens seemed fresh and changed, but there was no soap in the kitchen, there was a slight fly problem, the ashtray on the private balcony was not emptied, and by the third day of our stay, there was a horrible smell in the suite, maybe coming from the pipes but it was hard to tell. A good place to sleep and nothing else, would not recommend for a romantic stay.

Es un departamento muy bonito, mi primera impresion al entrar fue muy buena, lo malo es el baño, es un baño muy chiquito, muy incomodo y nunca se mantiene limpio, a demas que tenia un olor desagradable.
