Ambrosia hotel stay

We arrived late but we're greeted at the front desk with no problem. Our stay was only for one night but was quiet. The included breakfast was excellent 👌. I would stay again.

Very nice staff Welcomed by the concierge who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and room clean . The area is at the edge where the safe town limits meets the unsafe neighborhood. Overall a good experience.

Good hotel in bad area

Accommodation is great. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are decent, clean, comfy. The breakfast is very very basic so don't expect much. And sadly the area is very dodgy. Lots of drug use in plain sight and solicitation.

The property has a good center location, close to subway and taxi stop and all necessary stores. The entrance has a very strong bad odor look like sewer pipe broken in the entrance. I doubt that the change the pillows cover or changed the beds sheets. Wifi was weak signal and the breakfast was ok. I rather to pay $20-$30 more for a better hotel.

Miserable old receptionists whom also manage the hotel. So rude and brash they belong more on a school playground as prefects. I understand it is not their fault that Omonia is in a such a dodgy state however they should balance this by being welcoming their guests instead. Breakfast was terrible and a reminder of soviet times. Only good thing was that the bathroom was surprisingly clean.

we are on a budget, so we picked this hotel. also it is close to metro. location is not the best, but we walked around the neighbourhood and it was rather safe. the receptionists are friendly. breakfast is lower than average. the rooms are big, but there is a weird odour (coming in from the hallway). my bed have spring poking out.

Great room for the price

Friendly staff. Room spotless and comfy. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood was fine during the day but a bit sketchy at night as all the businesses boarded up. Only two blocks from the metro and about 15 minute walk from all the sites.

Hotel limpio, zona terrible

El hotel esta muy limpio y para lo que vale está bien, sin embargo esta en una muy mala zona de Atenas, en frente del hotel es un punto caliente de prostitución, venta de drogas y drogradictos. Aconsejaría otra zona más céntrica.
