The apartment features a brand new modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and two balconies that invite you to enjoy the light and fresh air throughout the day.
Located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, just five hundred meters from the beach, Bolivar Beach Club, and a nearby playground. Excellent family friendly restaurants surround the apartment, making dining out easy and enjoyable.
Public transport offers smooth and direct access to the Acropolis and the city center, allowing Athens to be explored with ease. Piraeus Port is close by, ideal for unforgettable island trips.
Free high speed internet, air conditioning in all rooms, and elevator access add extra comfort. A perfect choice for families or friends, comfortably accommodating up to five guests.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with both the condo and the owner! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, easy, and just what I needed. The area is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and just a short walk from the sea, with plenty of cafes, shops, and local charm all around.What truly made the stay exceptional was the owner and neighbor—super helpful, super kind, and always available if I needed anything. You can really tell they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make everything feel just right.The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Waking up to that sea view every morning was such a treat!If you’re looking for a relaxing, effortless stay in one of the best spots in Athens, look no further. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!
