Welcome to the "UGA Penthouse", a 2 story, loft style condo located in the heart of Athens. Situated on the corner of Broad & Lumpkin, University Towers is directly across from UGA's historic North Campus and a 100 ft. from the iconic Arch which serves as a gateway to campus.

The condo is ideally located, just a 2 minute walk to the renowned Georgia Theatre, a 12 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and 10 minute stroll to the Classic Center. Steps from boutique shopping, dining, nightlife and iconic music venues, it is an excellent choice for those looking to explore the vibrant culture and true essence of Athens. An easy walk to Last Resort Grill, South Kitchen + Bar, The National, FIVE BAR, Chuck's Fish, DePalma's and much more. It is an unbeatable location.

Located on the top (9th) floor of the building, guests will enjoy a spectacular view of East Broad St, North Campus and Sanford Stadium.

The condo features a bright, open layout, 20ft ceilings, modern furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, a 65" smart TV in the living area, a 55" smart TV in the bedroom and a workspace with fast Wi-Fi.

The bedroom and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor of the space which is accessed by a spiral staircase.


Please Read:

- Guests must be comfortable climbing the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor loft/bedroom and bathroom.

- It is a narrow space on both sides of the Queen sized bed in the loft bedroom.

- This is a popular area and the noise level may be higher especially on weekends and game days.

- There is no designated parking for this building, but there is an unloading zone in front of the building. We recommend parking in the Washington Street Parking Deck located at 125 West Washington Street - 1.5 blocks away. Once you are parked, you will want to walk everywhere downtown.

- Available for monthly/Mid-Term rentals, including corporate rentals and insurance relocations.

- We have 2 sister properties (3bdrm and 4bdrm homes) located in-town if you are visiting with friends or family.

Fantastic for a date night/weekend

My wife and I stayed here on a Friday night while we were in town to see a show. The location, right in downtown, is fantastic. The property was spotless, furnished with everything we could have needed, and the hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had. We’d love to stay here again.

Perfect Location

We wish we were staying longer but arrived for a quick weekend. The condo is perfectly designed and well stocked for anything you would need during your stay.The location was perfect. We parked our car in the parking deck down the street and walked everywhere during the weekend. So much around the condo to do and across the street from campus.Jennifer was great to work with and extremely responsive! We will definitely stay here again!

Cutely decorated UGA themed condo that is centrally located in downtown Athens with many dining options and shopping within walking distance, as well as the stadium. Host was responsive and communicated all the information needed regarding checking in and out.

Super view and great modern space

The entrance and elevator are a bit shabby and ill kept. Our condo surpassed my expectations, as did the location. Jennifer was extremely helpful as I missed a couple of her well written instructions. My only suggestion for improvement would be to clean the windows. The fantastic view deserves clear glass. Nest time in Athens we will stay in 904.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!! BOOK THIS LOFT!!!

If you’re even thinking about staying at this VRBO, just go ahead and BOOK IT. It is the most wonderful place that I’ve ever stayed. The pictures do NOT do this place justice. It has everything you could possibly need, and more. I felt very safe and cozy. The linens and towels were so soft and wonderful, and so was the bed! The Target is on the ground floor of the complex so if you forget anything, that isn’t already provided, it’s a quick trip downstairs to get what you need. Jennifer is a fantastic host and very responsive to your needs. I was there for an educational conference and it was so nice to come back after a long day and have space to complete my homework and relax. FIVE STARS!!!! PS: The view off of the elevator and from the loft are SPECTACULAR!!!!
