The food was only buffet style and didn't change much from day to day, almost the same food daily. The main building where the reception is located was nice and modern, but the villas where we stayed were dated.

We were shocked to find an all-inclusive resort in Greece! We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms and food were fine, pools great, loungers on the beach great. We were ready for a change in meals after our stay; buffets get old fast. The only thing missing was a true gym.

All inclusive resort with all meals. Has the typical hotel amenities for free. But has water sports and other activities but will cost extra. Food is buffet food and is decent. Building is aging but is made up by the friendly and helpful staff. Location is 1 hour away from Athens and Marathon is a small city. Would recommend renting a vehicle to get around outside the resort. Few cats on the property to feed and pet.

- Food is good - Reception is friendly enough and main building is fairly nice - The state of the rooms is not great - our mini fridge was full of water and comes completely empty, the bathroom in the family quad room was totally crazy - shower head holder can only point the shower away from you, the shower cabin has no door so the water leaks all over... - Animation team is all french speaking and totally ignores other nationalities. No attempts whatsoever. No English, not even Greek. - resort is in the middle of nowhere

The place needs a lot of maintenance. The rooms are old; the fire alarm even went off outside every night. The beds are very old, and all the room attendants were quite old. The cleaning was good, but it didn't make up for the poor condition of the room. The staff was very friendly. At first, when you arrive at the reception, you imagine it will be a real 4-star hotel because the reception area looks very nice, but as you walk around the resort, you realize that most of the place is very old and needs maintenance.

Over all our trip was pretty good coming from NZ as we meet a larger group of family here for a greek weeding. However as this place is mainly targeted at french we felt like second tier guests at times as many visitors don't speak english and are rather pushy and tend to take over, plus one staff member gave us a disscusted look when he realised we didn't speak french and then made comments passing us on other occasions. The pools are only open between 10-7 when there are lifeguards on and sports areas and equipment is the same but gear isn't available over the lunch period so we felt this was a little limiting when we had kids and the entertainment in the evenings was 95% french. Bunglows were kept tidy however were rather dated and came with a kitchen but were without any utensiles ect but unecessary considering full board. So whilst we did enjoy our stay we would unlikely come back

The rooms were clean but looked very dated and worn but the bathroom was decent. Our shower head was broken however, and we had to hold it the whole time while showering which was very inconvenient. None of the activities for kids open until 10am and close at 5:30pm. Dinner does not start until 7:30pm so the 2 hours before dinner are difficult with kids. The pools are nice and seem well maintained. The playground has nice equipment but needs upkeep. The food is very mediocre at both restaurants. We appreciated how seriously allergens were taken and that separate meals and alternative foods were offered for our son with many allergies. The sodas and coffee offered were terrible. It was a nice surprise that there was an alcoholic drink menu included in the all inclusive price and not a separate package but the drinks were very mediocre as well, served in paper cups instead of glasses.

Had a great 5 night stay in a garden bungalow. Room dated but clean. Safe and mini fridge in plentiful storage. Lovely reception area with luggage storage. 2 poolside bars. Could have done with a gate to the beach by the beach bar or toilets closer to the beach. Food fabulous. Restaurants spotless. Great variety. All inclusive alcoholic drinks were from a limited menu. Other drinks were available but payable. Soft drinks were not brilliant - a bit heavy on the soda water and not enough flavour for my liking. No free bottled water but you could buy this in the very handy shop. It’s a club mamara hotel so the entertainment is all in French. If you don’t have a club mamara wristband the animation team pretty much ignore you. But being as we had no desire to join in with the entertainment we didn’t care. Overall a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.
