Great location

The condo was nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home. Right downtown so close to UGA campus and all the restaurants and shops.

Great Gameday Location

We stayed with another couple and had a wonderful time. The condo is exactly as described. Location couldn’t be any better. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Construction

This is an easily accessible unit in the best location. You really can't beat the location. I only wish we knew about the massive construction of the new Drake building 5 -10 feet next to the unit. They start construction between 6:30-7 am, which was constant until about 3:30/4 pm, even on Saturday - constant sawing, drilling, hammering along with the crew yelling to each other. I couldn't open the bedroom curtain, because you can make eye contact with the workers - it's that close. Sunday was the only quiet day. If you're not planning to spend much of the day in the unit, it is a great place, just be prepared for an early wake-up from the construction noise. Listing also mentions a microwave in the unit - there is not one.
