While the manager was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice/ clean. For the amount of money we paid we expected better especially after finding out other people came to the property the night we checked in and stay was 1/4 of what we paid. We might not use Expedia the next trip to Athens since we apparently we overpaid compared to other places.

The smell of mold and ammonia/bleach was so overpowering, we could not stay here. Despite paying highly inflated rates due to it being a UGA football game weekend, we simply left the property and sought other accommodation. We lost significant money in doing so, but could not endanger our health by staying in such an environment. Our breathing was adversely affected and we knew we would be unable to sleep. The room was dirty and there were stains everyone. There were two drunk vagrants staying on site who were staggering around the grounds. It was a frightening experience on several levels. Do not stay at this establishment!
