The staff were absolutely lovely I got an early check in everything was perfect. Magda was very helpful and the chef was gorgeous, made delicious food and the cleaner always made sure the room was stocked with towels. The room is small and crowded and that of a 3 star hotel. The mattress is old and without any spine left. The breakfast is quite awful and the front desk is unresponsive. No one on duty at the front desk on weekends and after 5pm and before 9am on week days. No elevator. The location is spectacular, though, just 150 meters from the Acropolis’s entrance.

Everything about our stay was perfect. For visiting the acropolis etc, this was the perfect location - less than 5 min walk. The breakfast was amazing, local foods, served over a long time slot (7 -10) and views of the acropolis. Room was cleaned and fresh towels provided everyday. There was also a free safe in our room. Bed was very comfortable. Welcome drink and sweets were enjoyed. Balcony was small, but nice to sit and people watch. I think there were only 5 rooms, so it was all very friendly. Checkin easy is you follow the information that was given well in advance. Communication was good. Room and hotel accessed via a code. We could leave our luggage after our checkout which was very useful. Thank-you to the lovely ladies that owned/looked after this hotel.

Great view from rooftop. Great location in the heart of the action. Totally modern bathroom and excellent AC/heat. Great variety for breakfast, but seemed reheated/reused from previous day. Room windows in need of serious repair. Stairs to rooftop are semi-dangerous.

Excellent stay, wonderful location, amazing breakfast on rooftop right under the Parthenon. Stairs were fine for me but if you are a bit wobbly on steep stairs without handrails, take that into account, for me it was the flavor of Greece, but you would not find this condition in the US.

Kyria boutique hotel is in a great location. It’s an older building loaded with charm and upgrades. The staff were accommodating and helpful. It’s located just steps from the Plaka, acropolis, museum and a metro station. Breakfast on the rooftop was delightful. Lots of options and quite good. Excellent views. Be mindful that you will hear some noise from the Plaka, but it quiets down around 10pm. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous place with great views. This is in one of the most walkable areas of the city, near everything! The breakfast was delicious and the room was so lovely, 10/10 recommend!

No one on premises, no code via text, no elevator

It was well situated, very near the Acropolis, but there was no elevator, steps were narrow and old. We arrived with no code to get in and were on the street with our bags asking nearby shopkeepers if they had a phone contact for the owner.It took a while, but we got in. A/C worked well but bed had a well in it (probably ok for one person) and blankets were non existent. They only had a decorative open lace covering on the bed and sheets It which was made for a chilly night. We were out by 6am so we didn't sample breakfast. Located in the midst of things which is great, but its very noisy on the street at night. Apparently they sent a code by email at some point, but we couldn't access the email bc we needed to get into the room to access wifi. Cleaning/serving folks arrived in hall at 5am and were noisy which robbed us of the little sleep we got.
