Convenient location and neighborhood.

Location was great for getting around the city. Neighborhood was quiet. The place could use a couple of updates but overall it was a nice condo to stay with a great floor plan.

Great spot for a quick Gameday Weekend

Great spot for a weekend visit to UGA; while not in the thick of downtown, just a short 5 minute uber down Prince Street - and actually a quiet / safe spot. Would absolutely stay there again. Great amenities as well!

Overall great stay, would definitely stay again! Nice, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Minutes from everything: UGA campus and stadium, restaurants, shops, pubs, coffee! - all things Athens. Great host, easy entry, good parking. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay. And I have to add, a very friendly town!!!

UGA Athens Georgia

Great 2 br apartment 5 minutes from UGA and downtown Athens. Very clean; comfortable beds; easy parking. Nice fluffy towels and bedding, even chilled tumblers in the freezer. Nice touch. Great tvs , nest heat and air.. Everything you need. Enjoyed the stay and the convenience.

Game weekend and to see family.

We had the perfect weekend! The condo was perfect with everything we needed. Very clean and owners were super nice and responded quickly. Family came over to visit for a while and as they walked in they instantly said "wow! Great place!" Easy drive or Uber to downtown. Will definitely be back.

So easy to checkin. Key code is awesome! Had a wonderful personal welcoming sign as well as a nice layout of things to do, eat, etc. Bed was extremely comfortable along with a very well stocked modern kitchen and bathroom. Easy stay close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay here for gameday! Beds were very comfortable, and the pullout couch was easy to use for the kids. The hosts graciously made check in accommodations to help our arrival in Athens go more smoothly. A previous review mentioned the weed smell, which we noticed slightly upon arrival, but it increased when we saw the upstairs neighbors arrive home later in the weekend. I don't think there's much the hosts can do (maybe add candles), but worth noting if you're sensitive to that.

Convenient Townhouse/Apartment near UGA

We enjoyed our stay. Communication and checkin with the owners were excellent. The apartment is conveniently located about 6 minutes from downtown and close to the Athens Loop. Everything was very clean and in working condition. There is a slight smell of cigarette smoke and weed, but only right at the entrance to the apartment. It's kind of weird actually. Once you walk in, you don't smell anything. At the end of the day, this didn't bother us at all.
