Poor communication, we had to reach out to the management to manage our own check-in. Not proactive like other accommodations I’ve stayed at.
Shower is fine, but the flooring is poorly laid out. Water accumulated and started going outside the shower area, creating a small flooding situation near the toilet area. Had to place towel as a barricade to prevent further accumulation of water on the floor.
Definitely not 13 minutes from airport as advertised. Took a taxi at night with no traffic. Driver was driving really fast, still took us 25 minutes.
Overall, a good place to rest overnight, but shower facilities and communication can be further improved.
