Nestled in the heart of Normaltown, you'll be within walking distance of the area's best restaurants, bars, and breweries, as well as Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center, and UGA Health Sciences Campus. The main UGA campus and Sanford Stadium are less than 3 miles away and Downtown Athens is 2 miles.

This historic home features two bedrooms, a dedicated office, and modern comforts like AC and heat for year-round comfort. Plus, its convenient location near the Athens bypass provides quick access to I-85, making travel a breeze.

275 Boulevard Heights is a former carriage house that's been converted to a home. Please note, the floors aren't exactly level in areas. This eclectic property offers amazing charm and an unbeatable location. It's simple and fun and we hope you'll find it warm, inviting, and an easy place to call home.
