Great house in a nice location! Perfect for our Parent's Weekend visit. Nice big open space kitchen and living area where we were able to host a happy hour for about 35 people. Looking forward to making this a tradition!

Staying here was the best! Great location and plenty of space for our family. Very clean inside, cute farmhouse decor, and big kitchen to gather in for my son’s graduation party. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Football Fun!

Our group of 8 adults and 4 teens had a fabulous weekend at the Farmhouse. The house is well located in an upscale neighborhood and close to all things Athens. We enjoyed the large kitchen/living area and all the comfy beds. House was clean and well appointed. We look forward to booking again soon.

Wedding Wonder

We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for my oldest son's wedding and it was amazing. The house was so spacious and the updated renovations were beyond expectations. We had 6 adults and a 5 day old infant and all of us were very comfortable with each room having an on suite bath and all of the options for gathing and sharing meals. The corner lot and backyard were great for "porch sittin". Brittany was great for working with us. Would definitely recommend.

Great for large gatherings

Rented for graduation the home is new and had plenty of room for us. Kitchen well stocked needs more serving dishes if plan on cooking. Great yard for hanging out. Five points location little misleading you can not walk there. Overall was great until we left and called that we left a bag they said could not locate it when we knew where it was

This house was perfect for our family and friends ranging from age 5 - 64. It’s spacious and well appointed for everyone to gather and have their own private spaces. The house was extremely clean and well stocked in the kitchen, etc. The neighborhood was great - quiet and also very close to campus, five points neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would absolutely stay here again!
