- Looking for a comfortable, charming home in a quaint neighborhood in Athens? You have found the perfect place. This is a newly remodeled home with all new decor, fully equipped kitchen, large deck, grill and fire pit, large private yard, TV in the master bedroom, workspace and WiFi. Great location and less than 2 miles from downtown Athens, both major hospitals, UGA and many great restaurants. Perfect for a weekend getaway to enjoy family/friends, explore UGA or attend music and sporting events.

Excellent! We had a fantastic stay during the baseball regional held at UGA and would highly recommend this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was great, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Athens for our yearly conference at the Classic Center and are very happy we chose to stay here. The house was super clean and the house has everything you need for your stay. I appreciated the location. You are only about 10 minutes from the Classic Center, and less than that to a lot of great restaurants (we love the Blind Pig right across the main road). Bart is easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here in the future.

Very responsive Host. Answered all of our questions quickly. Check in process was easy, even with a late arrival on a Sunday. Location was great. Really enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean, nicely decorated and the layout was convenient for visiting. The beds were comfortable. We used the grill and ate in which was perfect for our family weekend. I would definitely stay there again.

Meeting the future in laws
Location was perfect with all the events goin on for the graduation and meeting the family. Quiet, clean, lovely space, perfect size for 3 adults.

The house was super cute and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The host was amazing and communicated with us daily to check in. If we’re ever in the Athens area again, we will definitely try to book this house.
