Check-in staff was young and seemed confused. Said my credit card didn't go thru, despite my room being pre-paid. She also didn't recognize my VIP status and was actually going to downgrade the room, until I showed her the VIP perks for this stay. I did ultimately get an upgraded room, which was very nice.
The restaurant/bar staff were not attentive and took close to 30 minutes to get any sort of acknowledgment, a menu or any service.
No complaints about the hotel itself, but the staff seemed a bit lacking this trip.
