We enjoyed the easy check in process and the communication was quick when needed. The home worked great for our visit to Athens.Kitchen was nice and well supplied with dishes and pots and pans. The back deck was nice too.

Great House!

Fun and convenient Athens home

This house was perfect for our group of 4. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The large kitchen is great for preparing meals and the living room with bar is great for hosting.

Beautiful, relaxing home.

We were in town for our son’s school function. This home had everything we needed and more. From beautiful fireplace, to spacious rooms, and gorge kitchen. Our host was amazing. He called ahead of time to give us tips on activities in the area. Great privacy, comfortable home close to campus. Killer sound system.

what a wonderful place to stay!

I had a wonderful 4 days with my mom who lives near by. The house was perfect for holiday baking. The dog loved the neighbors and the neighborhood. We met so many nice people and dogs on our walks and we even saw chickens! The kitchen was perfect for baking and visiting. Scot is the perfect host. The house had everything we needed and more. Our family plans to come back in January for a birthday get together. We are all looking forward to it!

Best VRBO ever!

We went to Athens for a family reunion and had three couples staying here. This place was amazing! I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this was by far the best! The location, neighborhood, communication, and especially the interior layout and design were all great. There are so many wonderful things I could write about Scot’s place, but I think it best sums it up by saying that I would buy the home if it were available and not change one thing about it! A Safe Haven During Hurricane Milton

We had an incredible experience staying at Scot's place while evacuating from Hurricane Milton. Scot was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home and had everything we needed during a stressful time. Great family place

We enjoyed our stay at Scot's place. He was very responsive to our communications while we were there and very accommodating to our needs. The yard, horseshoe pits, and volleyball setup were enjoyed by adults and kids alike. The house was clean, well equipped with technology, and the beds were comfy. The Atari and playstation in the kid's room was enjoyed by several. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would rent again.

THIS PLACE IS TRULY A 10/10! SCOT WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TO ENSURE THAT OUR STAY WAS NOTHING SHORT OF SPECTACULAR! Convenient home for a family

We had a great stay at Scot's house. You can tell he's gone through a lot of effort to make sure the house is accommodating for all types of guests. There was a pack n play and baby gate for my 1 year old to use, the night lights throughout the house were super useful to help my 6 & 4 year old acclimate to the new space at night, and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make simple meals. The bathrooms were also well stocked with anything you may have accidently forgotten to bring. We did have a small mix up with check in information but Scot made sure to fix that as soon as he could and everything went smoothly after that. He made sure to let us know that we could reach him at any time if there were any other issues, which there was not. The neighborhood was safe, nice, and quiet. The house was clean. We'll definitely try to book Scot's home the next time we're in Athens!

**Perfect Athens Rental - Clean / Maintained, Beautiful Property + Owner w Heart & Solid Character

This property was exactly as detailed. It sits in the midst of trees/lush vegetation, a beautiful, maintained, spacious property that is clean, w/ outdoor space, located in a quiet (by all indications safe) middle class family neighborhood. For our purposes, the property is also located in the heart of Athens just a few mins short drive to UGA where my daughter was checking in as a Freshman on an Athletics scholarship (I am Proud) The rental pricing was much less, significantly in most cases, during surge pricing time, compared to majority of other listings with similar size, location, amenities etc. And I am meticulous in research and reading reviews before booking! If still considering and you've read this far, look no further, book with Scot! He is a top notch individual, cares about his guests, and you will not regret the booking. You will be selecting a terrific property, conveniently located, at a competitive rate (don't want to speak for Scot!). Feel confident that you're booking with an owner that makes it easy, is conscientious/hospitable but not invasive (more than just income) I will be booking with Scot again, based on quality property and top notch host! High level, Scot offered to let us stay an extra day without cost, knowing some tough circumstances & he has a lot of heart. Although unable to accept, I am eternally grateful, hence the glowing review (unsolicited). Too bad for character limits or I'd say more, but book w/ Scot. You won't regret it!
