Best location!

Absolutely the best location. Very comfortable apartment - and huge. The view from the hot tub is spectacular.

NOISY

Villa is clean and comfortable. One the single busiest streets in Plaka, Construction across the street starts at 7am. The front porch is literally home to busking musicians that show up every night at 9pm and play until 1130 from the front porch of the villa. Last night of the stay we finally couldn’t take it any longer and called the police and property manager who managed to shut them down at 1115.

Exceptional, extraordinary, exhilarating!

The view alone takes your breath away, but the villa itself is the perfect home. We stayed for 9 nights with our adult children (5 adults total). Kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities, A/C worked great, wonderful to have individual units in each bedroom. En suite bedrooms were spacious, beds were firm, lots of linens. Elevator very helpful for getting luggage upstairs. Location is great for local meals (loved Daphne's, and GreekStories for gluten free!), plus very short walk to Acropolis Museum and Acropolis. The back bedrooms had no street noise at all, and the main bedroom had minimal (evening street musicians didn't play too late). Communication with hosts was very fast for a couple of issues, thank you so much!

Short but incredible stay!

We had a short but fantastic stay in this fabulous place with stunning views overlooking the Acropolis! The house was very well stocked and in the most amazing location in the fabulous Plaka area right at the doorstep of the best shops and restaurants! Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful, decorated tastefully and equipped with everything you need. It was right in the heart of Plaka close to restaurants shopping and sight seeing. The deck was amazing in the evening! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, wonderful and large, and excellent owner communication

My family of 5 (2 adults, and 3 kids ages 17, 16, and 11) recently stayed at this gorgeous villa in the heart of the Plaka neighborhood. The villa was very clean, well appointed, and with plenty of towels, linens, cooking items, etc. Beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Having a stackable washer/dryer in the bottom floor with elevator access was nice and convenient. The location is fantastic - - right in the heart of the Plaka neighborhood, which is quite touristy, but there was minimal noise in the villa. The Acropolis metro station is a 5 minute walk and we used the metro system often during our stay in Athens. I was able to communicate easily with the owner via WhatsApp, and he was very responsive. I think you will find this apartment very nice and spacious.

Beautiful home right in the city

Wow. Wow. What a great place to stay in Athens!

We stayed just two nights before taking a cruise. Property was fabulous and comfortable. Manager was responsive and helpful. Could not have asked for more. Beautiful place with amazing evening views from the rooftop deck.

If you go to Athens, book this place!

This booking is just amazing. We were a family of seven in Athens for a few days, and this is the place to be. Right in the action. Few steps from the Acropolis and the Acropolis subway station. Right in the heart of Plaka. The house is just perfect, lots of space. All amenities. Amazing view. Amazing rooftop terrace. This is by far the best booking we had in years. Check-in could not be simplier. Communication with the staff is easy and they respond very, very quickly. The apartment was sparking clean. And again : location, location, location. If you go to Athens, book this place... it's definitely worth the price!

Perfect Location & Wonderful Stay

This was a great location in Plaka with easy access to everything: Restaurants, Bakery & Coffee shops, retail stores, & most importantly the Acropolis & the Museum. Also, You could see the Acropolis from the top deck, which was amazing when lit up at night! Also Nikos the manager was terrific & gave us some great recommendations on tours, things to do & restaurants-which we visited & were excellent! We really wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Athens Experience!!!

What a fantastic property in an amazing location! We were traveling to Athens after a cruise as 6 adults and looking for an apt/house to accommodate all of us that was central to sites, but also roomy enough to give us the necessary individual spaces we needed. This property worked perfectly and was exactly as described giving each person their own bedroom and bathroom. It in the heart of Plaka and minutes walk to wonderful shops/restaurants/ATM, etc. as well as the Acropolis Museum and other attractions. The prop mgr was very responsive and helpful and having daily cleaning was an added bonus. The restaurant suggestions posted in the property were fantastic and Christos who was listed as the transportation contact was very pleasant and responsive and arranged for taxis, etc. when we needed rides to the airport or to/from the beach clubs we visited south of the city to beat the heat one day. The rooftop view of the Acropolis was spectacular and the lounge chairs and dining table/chairs were a nice was to start/end each of our days taking in the city views with a cup of coffee and glass of wine. I would highly recommended this property for large families/groups as a great alternative to multiple hotel rooms. It is multi levels so if mobility is an issue, you may want to talk to the prop mgr about how to use the elevator from the ground floor level, but the fact that there is an elevator is amazing! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Fabulous!

We stayed at the Villa Oct. 11th - 14th, it was amazing! Nikos met us at the door with a smile. The Villa was ready for early check-in and that was greatly appreciated, we were exhausted from our trip. There was an elevator to take our bags up to the upper level. The rooms were perfect and very clean. The view from the roof top balcony of the Acropolis was amazing! It was the best roof top view in the city. We also sat outside on the front balcony to enjoy the street and Acropolis view. There were many options for restaurants, coffee and shopping. Our group was very happy with our stay and would love to return to this wonderful Villa! Thank you to Nikos for making our first trip to Greece special!!

Perfect location for a perfect experience in Athens

There is no better place to stay in Athens than Plaka’s Villa right in the heart of the Plaka and outside the walls of the Acropolis. Before booking I thought it was too good to be true to have such amazing views in such a prime location as this. It was all true! The owners of the building were very accommodating. The place was perfectly decorated and as clean as they get. The restaurants next door and down the street were phenomenal. The shopping right outside your door is absolutely perfect. Open up your windows early in the morning and stare at one of the most amazing structures ever built. This will be the place we stay each and every time we come back to Greece. Thank you Nikos and team! Bravo!
