「Searching online for one night hotel room while traveling and came across the Central Athens Hotel and took a chance with a local hotel based on price, reviews, and pictures versus staying at your typical interstate corporate hotel. This hotel did not disappoint. This place is a sweat gem of a place to stay. First, place is clean inside and out and they have obviously been thorough to make this older hotel feel fresh and new versus just covering up with some paint. Hotel has a nice modern vibe....
「We stayed here for a weekend and it was pretty good. Saw no bugs or anything like that. But the condition of the building was just a bit run down. Like just clear signs of needing an update. The first room we had was a connecting room and the door to our room did not lock, didn’t love that. We ended up upgrading due to the bed being too small. Both rooms were clean, but there was clear mold or stains on the lamp shade. The staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good as well.」
