The room was very clean very nice decorated well. There was a nice couch . The staff was very easy to communicate with, and they were very accommodating to us and helped us with shuttles to different places in Athens and back-and-forth to the airport. I would stay here again.

Great roomy property. 4 adults stayed and we didn’t feel overcrowded. Comfortable and clean. The only tricky part was turning on a switch for a hot water at least 15 minutes before taking a shower. Other than that, we had a really good stay here.

Great location plus all the instructions go get there bu the host were spot on. As i reached early i was also allowed to keep the luggage in the coffee shop next to it. The lovation is very central with almoat all attractions walking at a walking distance from it. It was fitted with a full size jacuzzi tub in the shower room.

The hotel is in a good location for getting around Athens on foot. The room was clean and spacious. Customer service staff are quick to reply to enquiries. Definitely recommend!

Very helpful, responsive staff communicated through what’s app. Located in wonderful Monostiriki neighborhood close to great restaurants, Plaka neighborhood shopping and walkable to Acropolis and historic sites.

The check in was the weak point. A typical hands off, impersonal check in, with little communication. On the expedia confirmation it says that a completed form and passport copies need to be sent to them in advance. In the end we found out that wasn't required. The owner needs to get Expedia to remove that from the site! In the end it was pretty easy. We had to stand by the entrance door, pay our taxes by secure transmission, and then we got a code for the front door and another for the apartment. Of course we had to turn on Global roaming to get that info which costs us money. Once inside the apartment it was fine

We stayed two nights at Rooster Suites. The rooms were tidy and clean, well-equipped, and the service was friendly. The location is very convenient. When we suddenly needed luggage storage, they immediately helped us for free and even allowed us to pick up our things after a few days. Their service is excellent, and we’ll definitely stay here again next time in Athens. Highly recommended!

The power went out in our room and was told it was an outage in the building and was being repaired. This was not true as when we left the room the hall lights were working meaning there was power. Access to the building and rooms is by code. We couldn’t get in to our room when we we returned. Fortunately the laundry by the lift was being used, and the woman called a person who realised it was true there was no power, went away, got a room key so we could access our room, then went and resolved the power issue.

This is a nice property but the room where I was staying was small, good for 1 person. Location is very centra and safel. Host is friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and functional. There were a couple of things needed maintenance but overall acceptable condition. If I stay again, I would check for a bigger room.
