Secluded, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, on cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and 5-points. 2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 2.1 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.
Living room includes two recliners in sofa in addition to a solo recliner and rocking chair with 70” Hisense Smart TV for watching movies and the main event. Master bedroom includes queen bed with sitting area and desk with computer monitor. 2nd bedroom has full over full bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a full sized Murphy bed and spacious desk area with WiFi printer.
