Whether you're in town to catch a UGA game, explore campus, or enjoy dinner and drinks in 5 Points, this beautifully maintained 1930s brick home puts you right in the center of it all- truly walking distance!

Full of character & updated for modern comfort, this spacious home boasts a fully equipped kitchen w/ modern appliances and has everything you may need for a perfect Athens stay. With 5 beds, 2.5 baths, a dining room, and living room and a fabulous sunroom, this home offers plenty of space to spread out and relax after a fun day in the Classic City. A cozy front porch adds to the charm, but the real gem is the breathtaking sunroom overlooking the large backyard that is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine, and of course "pre-gaming".

You are sure to enjoy your visit here tucked away on a darling 5 Points street, just steps away from the Athens action!

Our group had such a wonderful experience at this home! It was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel cozy, stylish, and comfortable all at once. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I could tell the hosts take pride in keeping the home in good condition.The location couldn’t have been better! We were just minutes max from our dinner reservations in Five Points, which made exploring the city so easy and fun. We were able to walk to We truly appreciated all the little touches that made our stay feel extra special. I will be back at this one for sure. Highly recommend!

This property made for such a lovely Athens visit! We really enjoyed being able to walk to campus easily. The place was well maintained and had everything we needed. The hosts were also very communicative and responded quickly when I had a question. Definitely recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.
