The noise level in the area made it impossible to sleep. Sometimes the music went until 3:30AM. We went to Athens to explore which means being out all day touring around but when you only get a few hours sleep, made for tiring mornings. There were issues with the air conditioner and hot water but those issues were resolved. The main bathroom could use a good cleaning as there was mold on the ceiling and also on the floor of the shower. The size of the unit was perfect but would no recommend anyone staying there unless you love the sound of bongo drums at 2AM.

Absolutely fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay in Athens at UrbanStay. The hotel is in the center of activity. A plethora of restaurants are close by. It’s within easy walking distance to Plaka, the Acropolis, the Parthenon and the famous flea market. If we’re ever in Athens again, we’ll choose UrbanStay.

specious clean in best location

very specious and clean apart in an amazing location. comfortable bed and a good team. when i needed something they responded very fast. they came nocking on the door to ask if i need anything in the apart. they even gave us toilette papers in a big quantity to accommodate us and left us cold water in the fridge which was very helpful after long travel. at the end they even arrange for our taxi very reliable on time. i thank you and definitely will come back

Location is fantastic! Easy check in and check out. Spacious living area and decent sized bedrooms. Bathrooms were very small. Overall pleased, it’s the location that really sets it apart.

Before we arrived The travellers before us destroyed our room! But the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and well cared for. The room was beautiful the door lock fixed and the staff wonderful! Ensuring we had transfers to and from the airport, Maria the housekeeper and Evi our service representative were fabulous! Maria took extra good care of us daily and gave good advice! The only thing if you don't enjoy the night life there is a loud Cuban bar next door! Bring earplugs and you are just fine!

Die Appartements befinden sich auf einer Partymeile mit lauter Tavernen. Wir waren Freitag bis Sonntag da, und die extrem laute Musik schallt bis tief in die Nacht ins Zimmer. Danach werden noch die Stühle zusammen geschoben.... Erst ab ca. 3:15 nachts wurde es leiser. Von daher rate ich definitiv von der Übernachtung hier ab. Eine Unterkunft ohne passablen Schlaf ist nichts wert. Das Appartement war ansonsten okay, tlw. einfach, tlw. ganz nett renoviert, und zentral gelegen.

I was on island and My fairy got cancelled so I had to cancel my booking, and I begged these people to refund me. Because I had no place to stay and needed money to book another place. And they refused after trying many many times. So disappointed.

It is located on top of a busy street where bars are open late on weekends so needless to say, it isn't quiet. However, it was centrally located to many restaurants and Monastiraki area! The suite was secured and the lift was an added convenience! We had minor issues with water dripping from both AC units. Our room comfortably fit 7 of us with 1.5 baths.

The area around the property really comes alive at night and is so cool and fun! The inside of the apartment was what we expected for a historical type of property. Kind of quirky and small, but suited our needs. I wish there was an a/c unit in the twin beds room, and the shower needs updating. But overall, the area is really the selling point for this location with all the cute shops and restaurants around.
