Just minutes from beaches, golf, and a 20-minute walk to Glyfada’s vibrant center with shops, cafés, and restaurants, it combines privacy and convenience. Ideal for families, business travelers, or leisure guests, the villa provides indoor and outdoor dining, leisure facilities, parking, and easy access to public transport and airport shuttles.

Villa Stefani is thoughtfully designed to offer space, comfort, and refined living throughout. The villa features two expansive living rooms with fireplaces and smart TVs, two fully equipped kitchens, and a large dining area ideal for shared meals and gatherings. It includes seven bedrooms with double beds & six bathrooms—two of which are en-suite. A dedicated workspace with a desk, computer, and a large smart TV is also available, making it suitable for both leisure and work stays.

Outdoors, the villa boasts a private pool and beautifully maintained garden, complete with a dining table and barbecue, creating the perfect setting for hosting and entertaining. For relaxation and entertainment, guests can enjoy an array of leisure facilities including a grand piano, sauna, billiards room, wine cellar, and table football.

Villa Stefani is an ideal choice for families, business travelers, wedding guests, and leisure travelers alike, seamlessly combining luxury, comfort, and convenience in an exceptional setting.

Complementary housekeeping service is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If one cleaner is available on the day: 4 hours (approx. 10:00am to 14:00). If two cleaners are available to work together: 2 hours (approx. 10:00am to 12:00).

Gardening & Pool Maintenance are also done on a weekly basis.

Public transportation & Airport Shuttle bus stops are within a 2 minute walking distance.

Parking is available directly outside the villa at all times.


Please note that the third floor is not accessible to guests, as it is occasionally used by the housekeeper and has a completely separate, independent entrance. The housekeeper does not use any shared or common areas, ensuring that your stay remains entirely private. Guest privacy is of the utmost importance to us, as consistently reflected in our reviews.
