Beautiful old rustic farm house in a stunning rural location. Well apponted kitchen. Pool lovely. Well stocked supermarket 3 miles away in local commune.I would highly recommend staying here

Encore plus beau que sur les photos mises en ligne, le parc est magnifique, la piscine est très bien placée (une partie à l'ombre, une autre au soleil) L'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire sont également au top. Calme absolu. Idéal pour se reposer et se détendre.

Petit coin de paradis au calme, avec des propriétaires aux petits soins tout en étant discrets. Hébergement bien placé pour découvrir les endroits incontournables de la Suisse Normande. La piscine chauffée (26-30) est bien appréciable.

Tranquil holiday home

Thankyou Celine and Francois! We have very much enjoyed our 5 night stay at your well furnished, comfortable gite.We thoroughly enjoyed listening to music on the blue tooth speaker whilst enjoying the pool, had fun playing table tennis and also enjoyed very comfortable alfreso bbq's!.All your garden furniture and indoor furnishings are to a high standard. Your garden is amazing, huge with loungers in various parts to be able to totally relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery! It's the first time I have ever seen kiwi fruits growing!!! The welcoming flowers were also very much appreciated. What would have made a great stay even better would have been a freezer shelf in the refrigerator, or a small freezer, for ice cubes and the storage of meats etc , to save repeated shopping!!.. (very useful if a week or longer stay.) I would thoroughly recommend this peaceful,tranquil holiday home .Thankyou Celine and Francois x

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Celine. Plusieurs attentions pour que notre fille de 18mois passe un bon séjour également. Rien à redire, cela correspondait parfaitement à notre attente : environnement paisible, dans la nature avec une localisation qui permet de visiter la suisse Normande.

Nice house with a beautiful garden

A nice house, with a huge and beautiful garden. The pool is nice, but its surrounding need finishing (tiling). We are sure that when that is done it will be perfect. The rain and wind covered table tennis area was our favorite on the grey days. The owners were helpful, and fixed the wifi issue when it occured. The single beds are on the short side. So if you are above 1.8m that might be a bit inconvenient. The location is a few km from the town with the basic shops (bread, meat, veg&fruit and newspapers) and a small supermarket. The house itself is located in a quiet location. The garden is not fenced, but has 2 open connections to the country road (that has no traffic). It could well be we will visit again.

Ruhige Lage

Ruhige sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter hat sogar den Pool für uns geheizt. Gartenanlage durften wir auch benutzen. Der Rest des Hofes noch im Umbau, war aber keine Belästigung. Unterkunft ist schwer zu finden.

A wonderful holiday

The only slightly negative point about this property is that it’s a little hard to initially find (the satnav takes you to the neighbouring big house) and that there’s no shops or restaurants within walking distance. However, everything else about this Gite is tremendous. Francois and Celine are lovely, welcoming and helpful hosts who (thankfully for us) speak good English. The property is spacious, clean and well equipped and the outside areas are stunning. Unknown to us there is also a 12m heated swimming pool which was a huge bonus in the beautiful weather. The nearest village is about a 10 min drive and has lovely shops together with a small supermarket and petrol station. We used the Gite as a base to visit Bayeaux, Caen and surrounding areas. The countryside is so beautiful the drive to these was a pleasure and gave us a real feel for this area of France. We will be coming back and we highly recommend you pay Celine and Francois a visit too

Ce séjour a été très agréable, François est accueillant et sympathique.

Séjour durant l'Ascension, dans un endroit calme et paisible. Nous avons été accuillis par François qui est accueillant et sympathique. La propriété est grande et agréable, le jardin est vraiment un plus. Le village à 5 min en voiture est agréable. Merci pour ce séjour.

Un lieu reposant

Un immense jardin, bien entretenu, idéal pour les enfants! ( et un super trampoline!) Le gîte est rénové avec goût, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour Merci à Céline !

Prachtige plek!

Heerlijk koel huis. Sprookjesachtige tuin rondom het huis met zelfs een giga kiwiboom. Gastvrije vriendelijke mensen. Voor de kinderen bleek er een trampolie, tafeltennistafel, badmintonset te staan. Ook een tv en een kast vol DVD's. De omgeving is de moeite waard. Weel kastelen bezocht in de omgeving. De tips van de eigenaren zijn de moeite waard. Prachtige plekken bezocht die niet in boekjes staan.

Petit coin de paradis

La location à été largement à la hauteur de nos espérances. Les propriétaires se sont montres accueillant, disponible. Nous avons un notre disposition tout se dont nous avons besoin. On y retrouve le calme, la sérénité, le dépaysement des grandes villes. Parfait pour un retour à la nature ! Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter !
