Enjoy a spacious 1 bed room luxury apartment located in the beautiful affluent area of Buckhead Atlanta. Only 30 minutes from Airport. Enjoy our amenities that guarantee a wonderful stay. We have a outdoor patio, Gas range BBQ grill, rooftop outdoor fire place and relaxing terrace. It’s in walking distance to Grocery Stores, local shops, Pubs/Bars, and fine dining eatery. Amenities include:Salt-water Swimming pool W/Cabanas, Club house Access, state of the art Gym, Dog washing area.

The apartment was as pictured. The utility door grates need to be cleaned. Lot's of dust hanging on them. The bathroom walls were marked up. Limited instructions for checking in and out of the apartment. No instructions on how to operate the tv. We were supposed to have a parking pass to access the secure parking area. Went to the leasing office to inquire about a pass after talking with the owner. Unfortunately, the leasing office would not issue a new pass.
