I stayed at this VRBO for 80 days as I managed the sale of my home. It's important to know what you are getting into with this rental. Price/Location were attractive, but property had zero reviews which made me nervous.In a nutshell, I would not recommend staying here unless cost is your only deciding factor. Here's why:1. The house is setup and subdivided for 3 different rentals. It's really easy to hear the other occupants as walls are pretty thin and all units share the same driveway (chaotic). The house is very old/dated and bathrooms are extremely small.2. The Internet wasn't reliable. It took 3 days to get it working when I first arrived and it was generally spotty throughout the stay and only worked in kitchen/dining area3. The HVAC had several issues throughout stay. It would leak or just blow hot air and host wasn't always able to deal with it right away.4. Lastly, the experience with host was sub optimal. Host was constantly sending me messages to turn the lights off at the house (even if I was at the house). She tried to charge me extra for electricity as she said bill had gone up (summer in Atlanta!). She was slow to respond to issues (Internet, HVAC).Overall, not really a great experience and would not recommend this as a stellar experience.
