Please Note:

Please leave all doors to exterior closed at all times, this will prevent unwelcomed pests from entering the home. The house receives quarterly pest control treatment, however, insects and pests are inevitably present in the Georgia southern climate. The Owner cannot guarantee the total absence of insects or pests and action will only be taken when deemed necessary by the Management Company.

Guest also understands that Georgia is in a tropical climate, and that insects, rodents and roaches can be found in this environment. Although Management will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental price adjustment.

A security deposit of $400.00 is required for this booking.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits (10 overnight guests) and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No sound systems will be provided for use in our property. Pre-approved small gatherings at the guest limit are okay, but NO PARTIES! Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation. If you or any guest staying cause a disturbance during your stay, the police will be dispatched and everyone will be asked to leave with no refunds given.

Dogs are always welcome, but they must be disclosed upfront. (Even ESA's) Your dogs will enjoy the organic treats and spacious backyard to run around in! Extra cleaning is required after a pet stay so please know there is an additional $160/stay cleaning fee for up to 2 pets.

If approved to bring a pet, guest also agree to our Pet Policy below:

- Guest’s pet (Dogs & Cats mainly) must have required shots, licenses and tags, including name tags.
- Guest must provide bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur at the entrance. House bath towels are NOT to be used for pets.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- If guests’ pet sheds, please brush them outside.
- Guests must pick up after their dog(s) and discard the waste properly.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their pet has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their pet causes.
- Guests must agree to follow our Pet Policy by replying affirmatively in a message before check in day.
