"There are a few things that should be discussed when booking. The fact that you spend $60 a day to park is preposterous!! On a 2 night stay that was ridiculously high. Some staff in valet parking were very rude! We witnessed quite a few incidents of this. We were under the impression that breakfast would last until 10:00, but we got there at 9:03 and asked for a disposable cup to acquire some juice since we had just missed breakfast by 3 minutes and the catering staff chopped us out!! I mean RUDE!!! This area is closed! I’m just asking for a cup. I didn’t know that I needed to be up on vacation break at 6:30 for a breakfast that would be over by 9:00. We had to ask that our room be cleaned our first full day, and left the room for about an hour. Came back and noticed that one of our iPads had been tampered with. Screen was locked! Lastly we left an item in the car and was escorted to were the car was parked and witnessed valet drivers playing music in a guess vehicle. Very disappointed! Do a little research on your property. Something needs adjusting!"
