Great location but a few challenges

The property location was good. Very convenient for our group with walking distance to many restaurants and from the Fox where we saw a show. There is no on site parking so we parked in a garage and had about 7 minutes walk to the condo. Not a big deal. A few issues - check in was at 4:00 and by 4:30 we still had not received arrival information, and I had received no replies to my messages through Vrbo. I reached out to Vrbo service who provided me with host contact info. Property owner had no record of our reservation (made in advance) and indicated it was an issue with VRBO “talking to his system”. Fortunately, he was able to give us the access code and we were able to proceed with our reservation. The unit itself was fine, though not truly equipped to sleep 5. There was a bed and futon in the bedroom and a pull out sofa (not 2 queen beds in the living room as advertised). Even this really wasn’t an issue, but there were not enough available linens, blankets or pillows for our party of 5. We found extra sheets in the closet (which had a lock on it but was thankfully not locked), but there were no additional pillows or blankets anywhere. Thankfully nobody needed to shower as there also were not sufficient towels available. The building noise was also very loud with a significant amount of yelling in the hall until well into the late evening/early morning hours. Ok for a one night stay, but would reconsider for a longer duration…

If you’re coming downtown ATL pick somewhere with their own parking. This place has one lot behind it that you have to pay $30 to park with the risk of your car getting broke in to. The parking deck next door is not recommended for trucks.
