Clean and comfortable. Quiet. I felt safe here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is what it is but probably the best of the more inexpensive places I have stayed. I just needed a temporary resting place and was very satisfied. Usually I worry about it but I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: - I always like this building, feels safe & secure. - The rooms are clean & tidy. - Bathrooms have granite counter & shower stall walls plus nice newer faucet fixtures in sink and shower. - Rates are good. Cons: - The lighting was dim and no light on table between bedheads. - Outlet didn't work so had to run the lampcord from the opposite wall. Maybe they just didnt know, I notified them.

I've stayed here several times in the past but it's changed a lot. I'm assuming that the manager that I met years back doesn't work here anymore. Anyways, the current manager or owner whomever he is (Asian Indian looking) is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I only like this hotel because of the affordable price and location.

You get what you pay for. It’s a great deal but don’t have high expectations. Front desk staff was quick and kind, absolutely no issues there. The elevator sounded scary but was up to date on inspection so I can’t complain too much. The room was uncomfortable and gross. Off first walk in, the small was gagging, like they had mopped the carpet and left it to dry. The room smelt musty and the carpet was sticky and stained. The curtains had horrible and scary looking stains, and the bed sheets obviously hadn’t been changed fully, they just added one thin sheet over a dirty one (you could literally see the Debris and dirt through the thin sheet). I also booked a king room but received a king sized headboard and a queen bed, which was sad but not the end of the world. My expectations were not high for this place, but even then they definitely weren’t met. I didn’t expect luxury or anything close, but the standard of cleanliness in the rooms was grossly ignored.

The customer service wasn't acceptable , the gentleman was offensive , and never returned the $50.00 deposit to my account ,but said he did I'll give it 5 business days. The hotel itself wasn't bad at all for it's price , I just think the elderly gentleman was the weak link for that hotel , I would score more highly if he would have been a better representative , he wasn't awful , just possibly a little prejudice about the caliber of guests going through there , since it's so cheap , he's devaluing people , it's sad , but his demeanor reflected that , I hope he requires more from himself in the future .

I've stayed here multiple times and all the rooms I've had are clean and comfortable. This man at the front desk that works morning/day shift is extremely rude and nasty. He raises his voice at visitors and guests for no reason. I was sitting in the lobby and he was harassing me and other guests. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my ride and he kept asking me was I "waiting for a ride" and "when are they coming" when I wasn't even in the lobby for 30 minutes. He stated that he'll "give me 30 minutes to leave" and that I "can't sit here all day" when 1. I never intended to & 2. I was only there for 30 minutes then left like I was already going to. He acts as if he hates his job and he'll be the reason someone doesn't return to this hotel
