The staff here was amazing and provided excellent customer service. Mahogany and Vera were the best at the front desk. We had a slight issue with our booking but they were quick to figure out a solution! They were super friendly and made the stay really enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly. My standard king sized bed room was spacious and 'clean' but very worn... stains on the sofa cusions, rust on the lamp stands, marks on the walls, etc. I feel the locking mechanism on the door was not sturdy or safe, so i moved furniture to impede the door at night. There is a $25 PARKING FEE WHICH WAS NOT explained prior to booking I didn't feel like it was in a safe part of town; all the stores in the area had bars over the windows and cashiers behind bullet proof glass. Breakfast WAS good.

As usual, the Clarion did not disappoint. The room was exactly what I asked for, staff was on point and personable, and it is a brisk walk from CAU campus. We will continue to use the Clarion Hotel for our stay accommodations when visiting Clark Atlanta University!
