不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
My flight was cancelled in Atlanta due to the weather storm. Upon arrival to the hotel, they took little consideration to the weather conditions and didn’t even turn on the heater or lights in my room. My room felt colder than being outside. I went to the man at the front desk to ask what’s up with that and he told me, “to deal with it.” I waited, uncomfortably, in their dining area to wait for my room to heat up a little. The room was uncomfortable and the continental breakfast non existent… they also had a shuttle parked out front and told me they don’t do shuttle rides.
